Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from return.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Preorder.
- Discounted products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
- Poor condition of the garment.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you can see a refund reflected.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product change may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 $/€, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive a return of your item.
